left my pet here overnight she had not been toileted I picked her up to find her lying in urine in a tiny cage. she was trembling and terrified. I will never leave her here again but as it was an emergency I had no other choice.

Today I went to the Vac Shop expecting to have to purchase a new vacuum cleaner, I took along my old cleaner, the salesperson checked my machine and told me that I only needed a new head for my old vac, such honesty. Thank you

Thomas Timepieces Repaired my grandfather clock- Amazing Man -Amazing service
took 1hr to repair after another repairer had taken 4months to try and repair it.

This man repaired my small clocks OK but took our gradfather clock in Sept 2012 he had it in total for 4 months and said it could not be repaired charged me $650 but refunded me $400 and I was left with a broken clock. I took the clock mechanism to another clock maker in newcastle and had the clock repaired in 1hr - no charge! This clock maker stated that a first year apprentice should have been able to repair this clock- so much for House of time!!!!

Just had my whole house carpet cleaned and lounge suite as well. It was a large area and they were marvellous, a previous company had told me that my carpet needed replacing but with Spic n span it came up like new. Thank you.
