As a long time Melbourne resident, but someone who travels interstate and overseas frequently, I first engaged Luke Scott and the team at Revolution Fitness and Lifestyle in March 2007. I trained up to four times a week, with the goal of increasing fitness and reducing weight. All of the personal training team were very good at pushing my boundaries, but also knew when something wasn't working and would adapt a session accordingly. Unlike other personal trainers I have used, I found Luke to be very empathetic to his customers whilst still achieving maximum output. I am overseas for work at this time, but I still work with Revolution Fitness remotely; checking diet and basic fitness goals on a weekly basis for a fee.
