We met with a sales consultants and spent hours explaining to him what we needed in our new place and when the land will be ready. The consultant went away and promised us that we will have the house price/ drawing within 10 days. We heard nothing from him for 2 weeks- then just a phone call (after followin up) advised us that due to our land is not ready now, they will charge us a fee to prepare the drawing/ quote. Well, you lost my business at that point...

Went to try out this hair dressers after buying a online deal. The owner (Andrew) used to work in Top Image Northbridge which is the place where I have my hair cut. It is nice to meet him here, at least I know I am in a good hand.

This is the original hair dressers shop that opened by Korean and they are good. Although all the hair dressers are can only speak limited english, but if you explain to them what you want, or show them a photo, they will be able to cut the hair style for you. There are some stylish books in store which give you some ideas, great service and good value.

I always go to this Vietnamese restauarant when I'm after a quick fix meal. The services are good, normally menu will be presented short after you seated. I like their beef ball noodle soup and crispy fried chicken egg noodle (dried). I haven't tried their chinese noodle yet, maybe next time.

The first impression of the restaurant is it is different from other chinese restaurant, with very nice modern chinese decoration and a small front garden (which I think it's a good idea as buffer!). We have the fish and the shanghai dumpings. The dumpings are food, but prepare to wait as it is freshly made. Heard that their chicken is good as well, so will reserve for next time!

we were shocked when the restaurant only have few customers on a Friday night, however since we already seated, we have to order our dinner. The service are not as good as other chinese restaurant, some of the waitress unable to understand our requests. We ordered the seafood claypot, chicken and vege dish. The dishes are average and do not suit out taste buds. The prices are slightly higher than some other chinese restaurant as well.

This is one of the usual place for weekends dim sum. The food is not the best but they are average good and maintain a level. I like their salted egg yalk custard bun! try not to have a seat on the 'stage' othrwise you have ended up with limited food only. Service is not good for those tables on the stage.

The restaurant is recomended by friend as she has once saw another Vietnamese restaurant owner eating in the restaurant. You can tell a restaurant is good when there are full of vietnamese people in there. Very tasty and authentic Vietnamese food. I espcially like their special lemongrass source (in a tin on the table) , very yummy!

The shop claimed to be one of the best fish & chip in town. However, I found that their batten is a bit greasy, especially if you do take away. The good side is, the staffs are very friendly, fast order, fish is well cooked. They do have some other options on the menu, like terriyaki fish, if you want something different.
