I took a queen doona in to be dry cleaned , I was told it would take a week to be done which was fine. The NEXT afternoon I got a message to say it was ready , very quick.
When I got it home and took it out of the plastic there was a big hole in it and feathers going everywhere. I rang and they told me it came in like that BUT there were no feathers in my car or on their bench when I dropped it off . Nor did they ring me to say the hole was there or tell me when I picked it up. I did take it back and the hole was mended (free of charge)but looking at the doona properly I’m not even 100% sure it has even been dry cleaned. $39.50 for cleaning I think I’ll just buy a new one.
