It's a small woman's gym which was quite satisfactory when I was pregnant and wanted something close to home, however if you're into serious training you'd probably be better off going somewhere with more equipment, no squat rack or benches there! Service was great, price was about standard for a gym.

Peter was a great instructor and also a few bucks cheaper than most other instructors in the area.

I have never had a decent coffee at a Gloria Jeans outlet - besides this one. I don't what they do differently but I have never been disappointed with one of their coffees, unlike many other places!

Cheap as chips, occasional delays, but that's what you get when you fly budget! Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. Staff are great.
