The coffee here is expectantly, delicious. The food unfortunately is a different story, and is generally quickly reheated in a microwave.

The staff are always friendly, though I have noticed a quick rotation through employees. The staff will be patient while you make your selection and offer advice if your undecided/overwhelmed by their massive selection of drinks.

the people who served me were extreamly nice and asked me how my day was and it was wonderful service. I got my coffee quickly and it was good quality.

I have never had a decent coffee at a Gloria Jeans outlet - besides this one. I don't what they do differently but I have never been disappointed with one of their coffees, unlike many other places!
