Booked end of lease cleaning for rental property on 30/09, hopeless... Long story short -
They failed to fully clean the place the first time (they have all kinds of excuses). The real estate agent even asked me if they actually already came and cleaned it. BTW, they forgot to bring the equipment to steam the carpet;
Was promised to come in next day to steam the carpet. No one confirmed a time with me, so I called twice, until 5pm they called me back and told me they won't make it;
Re-clean was scheduled 9am 4/10, only been told until we called at 11am that the job is cancelled, they sent another crew in the afternoon;
New tenants' moving in in that afternoon and cleaners still there and whole place is wet;
During re-clean one venetian blind was damaged and keeps falling down and they described as pre-existing damage;
Re-clean was still not up to satisfactory, and new tenants had to pay for someone else to finish the job;
Maybe 4 blinds we had were fairly dirty (1 in kitchen was covered in heavy grease so we did book a deep clean for that one, but was told it can't be cleaned while hanging there at the initial cleaning) and some scuff marks on some walls, they say they'd dust blinds and walls but nothing was done until real estate pointed out, then at re-clean they said ALL 10 blinds and 13 walls need to be washed at extra costs (extra cost is $395). I told them it's fine given I'll be sent photos of ALL blinds and walls before & after wash, because I want to see how's the result and most importantly if ALL of them genuinely require a wash instead of an easy wet towel wipe. They did send me a bunch of photos, out of which some were hard to tell which is which, and some only have one photo showing in a cleaned condition so I had no idea what it was like before.
Sent them feedback on the re-clean yesterday morning and currently waiting for reply.

Updated 9/10 - received some photos and video clips from real estate taken by new tenant and the second cleaning company the new tenant called. They are not into details apparently. Even after re-cleaning, place still not clean and you can see how dirty the water is coming from the carpet steam clean machine (so I don't know if they actually steam cleaned the second time??).

Final update - despite the horrible horrible cleaning service they've shown, their customer service team is quite good. They agreed to waive the cleaning fees; pay for the replacement of the 2 damaged blinds; small compensation to the new tenants as requested. End results turned to be OK, but I have to say, as you can see, it's been an exhausting process. I'm changing the rating from 1 star to 2 star due to the post-cleaning service.
