I just wanted to write to thank you for taking care of our George while we went on our honeymoon. We started to wonder if we had collected the wrong cat as she has just been so incredibly relaxed and happy - a far cry from how she has been previously when we have picked her up from boarding. The handful of boarding experiences she has had in the past have left her anxious and stressed which has always put us off leaving her, but this time I think she has come back more relaxed than when she went in, she has obviously been very well looked after and given lots of love which is such a huge relief for us knowing we can leave her in good hands next time we go away.
