My son wears a contact in one eye and I always go here for replenishing our supplies such as saline solution and contact cases. The service is great and the prices are excellent. They offer great advice and know what they are talking about. I have not had occasion to use their other services as my son sees a specialist in Adelaide, but should I need to I would book an appointment here in a heart beat.

This is the only shop I have found in Murray Bridge that repairs bikes. It also sells quality parts and accessories and bikes. Good quality brands and while one would expect to pay a bit more for this than a department store, the prices still tend to be on the high side. The service is great and if you want advice on purchasing the right bike for yourself or your children, then this is the place to go in Murray Bridge. I bought three bikes the last time I used this business and the owner was quite happy to do a bit of a deal regarding price. A good local business and a better alternative to buying your child's next bike at the new department store in town.

Quite a large bakery with a good selection. They make good doughnuts, which is always a prerequisite of mine, and their pies don't taste like cat food. The service leaves a little to be desired but it was rather busy the last time I went there. Still the best place to go in Mannum if you want a quick bite and the price is to be expected of what bakerys are charging nowadays.

An excellent local business. The produce is fresh and most often locally sought. The prices are fantastic and they have a large range of gourmet produce. The staff are always helpful and friendly and there is always someone on hand to ask for advice. A great alternative to the supermarkets both in price and quality and supporting local is always the way to go.

Always a good range of toys here and I often take my 8yr old here to see what toys he is into. They have a good range of leggo as well as other toys for both big kids and small. A little on the expensive side but they stock mostly quality toys so can not be compared to discount stores. Staff service sometimes leaves a little to be desired and one is not often acknowledged while browsing but it still has the best range of toys in town.

Great people to deal with but are limited by the size of their business. Prices are usual but these are usually over inflated. I would recommend this store for computer novices, although you can get power supplies and graphics cards and other various components. If you know what you want then the internet is always best. However if you are not at this level I would highly recommend this store as you will get honest service and a decent deal in comparison to going across the road and buying something generic from Dick Smith. They will also try and do the best deal they can for you and they try to be flexible with their prices. Always best to support local if you have the opportunity and I always pop down here if one of my power supplies for my computers blows out as it is not something you can wait to buy online and sometimes convenience wins out over the best price.

These guys are excellent!! Picked up my car from out in the country and took it back to Wingfield for way less than a tow truck. They put in a reconditioned transmission into my imported 4WD without a worry and I have not had a problem with the parts they installed. The service was impeccable and they are happy to explain things and let you know the cost of what they are doing, before they do it! Oh and no sexism here, people are people.

I take my 8 year old son here to have his hair cut as the staff there are patient and efficient. Great place for a trim or basic hair cut but I would not recommend for any style cuts. Their waxing service is reasonable and reasonable priced and I believe they do good wedding packages. The staff are friendly and bookings are quite easy to get. I have only had my hair cut the once here and would not go back for myself. Was very disappointed when the lady cutting my hair told me how she goes into another salon in Adelaide to get her hair done. This did not give me much confidence in her ability, or other staff members if she would not have them do her hair. I also went into Adelaide for my next cut. Prices are quite reasonable though and they have a loyalty card to reward you for visiting their salon.

This is a great secondhand store, especially for children's wear. I have also found some nice pieces in here for myself and my husband. It is quite a big store and is always fun to browse through and the owner is great with a fabulous sense of humour. There are always bargains to be had here and the opening hours are excellent as it is not a charity shop. There is even a bit of a toy section to entertain the children who are not usually interested in helping mum shop for clothes, plus the staff will always ensure the font door is closed if you have small children with you. A much better shopping experience than the department stores.

If you want good old greasy Fish'n'Chips(which I occasionally do) then this is the place to go. The service is always great but the product is to be as is expected from a fish and chip shop. The oil could be a little fresher but sometimes that is part of the nostalgia of having fish and chips(as is the greasy smell as you drive by) and there are not many of these places left around these days. It is still a bit of a tradition to have fish and chips down by the river and I am happy to have this place in town and support local.
