David is phenomenal!
Two whirlybirds were installed within 24 hours of receiving a great price.
He also double checked my entire roof after a solar install. Several tiles were replaced, including a difficult one that was under the ridge cap.
This is the second time he has helped us out and he is definitely our go-to person for roof issues.

We are super happy with the repair work David from Next Gen Roof Restoration has done on our house.

David was able to fix all the water damaged areas of the roof, as well as repair the dodgy works from 10 years ago.
- All the ridge caps were removed, cleaned and rebedded.
- Entire roof repointed.
- Valleys replaced.
- Broken tiles replaced.
- Replaced the rotted wood on the gables.
- Gutters cleaned
- Plus a few extra things I can't remember

We are now looking for to next winter, no leaks or collapsing ceilings!

Our next step is to respray the roof in a years time and we will be more than happy to get David out to do that too.

I have been a fan of New Home Inspections for the last 9 years.

I used New Home Inspections for my first house 9 years ago which was built by Carlisle with an idiot of a supervisor. Serious issues discovered with the slab and framework were fixed and when the build was escalated to the regional supervisor, Kevin was able to work with the new supervisor to get my house up to scratch.

I am now onto house #2 and this time I have invested in the whole package: slab pre-pour with follow-up, framing, plaster, the optional waterproofing and I have just finished up with the pre-handover (follow up to be booked soon).

I will never build a house without an independent inspection as the extra expense is tiny compared to the headache of fixing these issues later down the track.
