They sent 2 young people without any experience for my 2 bedroom removal job. They did not have any tools but only had 2 trolleys. The truck is just a normal truck without lifting platform. All bulky items going on to the truck was a big risk. Therefore, chips were found on all my furniture. They also did not know how to use trolley for the bulk furniture. One of my tall boy was destroyed by them because they put the wrong side on the trolley and the cabinet could not hold the shape and broken. They claimed that the problem was my tall boy because it was not rigid enough. They stacked the tea box horizontally. When the 2nd box on top, the bottom box started to deform. They even did not know those boxes can only be stack vertically. They refused to remove my LED TV and glass coffee table because they have no protection blankets to protect glass. When we arrived in my new home, they requested me to do their job together in order to save time. They asked me to get the supermarket trolleys to help. What a "Professional" removalist. At the end, it took 7 hours to finish a 2 bedroom job which only 20 minutes travelling time between my old home and new home. In the whole process, I was their supervisor to tell them what to do. At the end, I was surprised by the bill.
