I retract in full, and without reservation or qualification, all previous false negative statements I have made about Tiny Tutus. I signed a contract with Tiny Tutus and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are legally binding and enforceable, have been approved by the Department of Fair trading and my statements to the contrary were false and misleading. I accept that I was obliged to pay Tiny Tutus under the terms of the contract and Tiny Tutus was wholly within its rights to recover the money from me as it did. I do not support or condone any negative comments or statements on social media denigrating Tiny Tutus. I retract those false statements and apologise for the mistake and harm that flowed from that mistake on my part.
