I was conned in with their free photoshoot and makeover valued $150 offer. The lady who did the makeup and my hair did a terrible job, it didn't look like me and was so heavy that I looked 10 years older. I could have done the makeup much much better. You then have to return to view the photos on another day, and they all looked terrible but the lady used pressure tactics to make you buy something. The photos are very expensive with the smallest one starting at $90.

I purchased a Livingsocial voucher deal for an on location photography shoot inclduing 8x10 free photo with ClixImagery. Had a very good experience. The photography was a young man who was very polite and had a professiona day job in another field. I got to choose the location of my photoshoot and he then sends you the photos to view online and then you fill out an order form and he sends the photos to you. The photos are reasonable priced starting from $8 for 5x7".

Purchased a $39 Groupon voucher for eye lash extension. Service was pretty good. The eyelashes were good quality silk ones which looked fairly natural when applied which was the effect I wanted. She put the right amount of glue so that my lashes didn't feel clunky nor irritate my eyes afterwards.I would come back here.

This place makes the best pies in Australia and I have travelled to many cities in Australia. I came across this place accidentally while visiting Hahndorf and I always recommend this place to my friends if they visit Adelaide these days. My favourite was the creamy scallops pie or the asparagus and corn pies. They only have a few tables with seats so that is a problem.

I purchased a groupon voucher for 3 course lunch here. I had the seared scallops for entree, lobster tail grilled for main and vanilla bean ice cream for dessers and a glass of wine. It was pretty good deal for $59 for 2 people given that this is a classy restaurant, but I wouldn't pay full price. They also give you free baileys on the rocks and shortbread biscuits at the end.

Purchased a Groupon voucher for $39 eyelash extension. I must have had a new girl as the technician, she took 1 hour and 45 minutes and she still wasn't completed not to mention she dropped the fake lashes into my eyes a number of times poking my eyeballs which was very painful and she caught my eyelid with her tweezers a couple of times too which was very painful. I have had eye lash extensions done in the past but never this painful. Not to mention she put so much glue on my lashes that my eyes were stinging so much i had to take them off using baby oil that night.

I always fly Cathay to Europe, they provide one of the best service and food for standard economy and I love the fact that they run so frequently. I usually take the night flight from Melbourne and arrive in HK early morning. I then spend a day shopping in HK before returning to my connecting flight which leaves at midnight to Europe. It is great this way as because it is a day-in-dayout flight there are no additional charges or taxes I have to pay for the stop over and I get to sleep on airplane so save on hotel too. I really like the air hostesses on Cathay they are young, pretty, nimble, and multilingual, a huge difference to Qantas hostesses which tend to be slow and old. The food is really good too, especially Chinese options. The inflight entertainment and movies are always full of selections both Asian and Hollywood movies. HK airport is so convenient, take the A21 bus right into downtown Kowloon for only $30 HK which is around $4 Australian one way, you need Octopus card though.

Purchased a day tour trip on CUDO site with amazing vacations to Great Ocean Rd for $44 per person. This was a good deal overall but was a bit deceptive becasue on advertisement on CUDO it said 50% discount. On the day of the tour the departure point is in front of the tour company and they are actually called Extragreen Tours which sells these tours at a normal prices of $44 anyway. They used their sister company amazing vacations to sell these tours on CUDO because they don't want you to look them up and find out that you are not really getting any discount at all. it is a CHinese run company and there is a compulsory additional tipping fee at $5 per head cash that you must pay whilst on tour and they don't tell you that anywhere before hand.

Purchased a 90 minute pamper package through Groupon for $49. was a good deal. Therapist was attentive and included 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial. The place was a bit hard to find in a small side street among offices. They used good products which she tried to hard sell at the end.

This is a small teppanyaki place located on main street of Armadale High street. It is owned by Chinese. Had the teppanyaki special purchased on one of those coupon sites so it was a really good deal: mutliple courses for $59 for 2 people including wine. The food was very fresh and staff were friendly. The teppanyaki chef plays with the patrons with food throwing etc which I didn't like as I prefer to just sit and eat a decent meal.
