Appalling quality of work by the cleaners & extremely stubborn "customer service" team who do not care about their customer at all.

[Removed name] arrived to my property without adequate cleaning equipment. No mop bucket and only a coles bag with spray and wipe.

Payment required upfront despite paying deposit already.

I paid for 3 hours of cleaning and received 1.5 hours.

Quality of work was awful & cleaners were aggressive & intimidating when I asked them to go inside and clean again. Asked them a 3rd time because it was STILL awful.

I called the business on the day of the clean to explain the aggression and intimidation I had experienced & they rebooked the same cleaners for me again?!

Customer service team difficult to deal with & not empathetic to the situation (lockdown) OR my poor experience with their cleaning staff.

I cleaned the property myself.

Refund or compensation denied on technicalities. Will be seeking advice from 3rd party.
