Although the quality & care of preparation of the food is very good, many times the EFTPOS facility isn’t working, the wrong order is given & wait time is beyond expectation. Room for improvement I guess.

The food at this Hungry Jacks is of good quality & made with care... not just slapped together like some fast food restaurants. However, too often their EFTPOS facility isn’t working or they have run out of burgers & no serviettes in the bag via drive thru. Room for improvement I guess.

I used this business to get tyres fitted. Very happy with the service I received & I was able to get a reasonable 2nd hand tyre for my spare. Thanks Midas. I will be getting my car serviced here also & leaving a review.

This online store has furniture, homewares, rugs, bar stools & outdoor furniture. I have recently purchased a mirrored console table for my tv in the bedroom & I love it. Quality & value for money with plenty to choose from. I recommend this online store to anyone who's looking for something affordable & stylish.

This is my favourite Aldi Store. Pleasant & friendly staff, shady parking spaces at the front of the store & always well stocked. Thanks Aldi Alfredton.

This review is for North Ballarat Sports Club, Ballarat VIC

My partner & I tried this club for the first time. As we got to the front entrance, the courtesy bus is parked right close to the front door & causing congestion at busy times of the day or night. I also noticed that the club management hadn't provided any bins for smokers to dispose of their cigarette butts leaving smokers no choice but to dispose of their butts all over the front garden & on the ground. It's the first thing you see as a first impression, when entering the club. Extremely poor on behalf of the club management. I hope they read this & provide cigarette butt disposal units immediately. My partner ordered Porterhouse steak & it was tough. Because my partner has Parkinson's disease, have to cut his food up & I found the steak hard to cut up even with a steak knife. I had chicken parmigiana & it was so tender & very tasty. I thought the desserts were very expensive at $9 each, even though they offer a $1 coffee or tea with dessert. We ordered lemon meringue pie & raspberry & lime tart & they were very nice. We were lucky to get a table in the bistro as they were booked out, but we arrived & there was a cancellation. Plenty of room to move in between tables & a really nice atmosphere. No screaming children running around & mainly older people so it's great for people who just want a quiet meal & conversation. Other than what we didn't enjoy, we had a great night anyway. Definitely room for improvement.

This review is for Pancake Kitchen, Ballarat VIC

My partner & I ate here for the first time, being new to Ballarat. The decor & lighting is dark & dingy with no atmosphere. The toilets are up to full fights of stairs, so no good for my partner who has mobility issues. They don't tell you that upon entry. The waitress suggested we could go across the street to another eatery & use their toilets. How bizarre. My partner had the Mexican pancake that had way to much shredded lettuce. I had the Tiramisu pancake with cream & mascarpone on a pancake with chocolate bits. Both were over priced for what they were... nothing special. Our experience was spoilt by a loud father who constantly felt the need to control & manipulate his 3 children's every move. It really spoilt our nice, quiet meal. We'll try a eatery next time that has a rest room for disabled people.

I had my hair cut here. My hair was cut uneven & the worst haircut I've had thus far. I don't recommend this business at all.

Freshly cooked, scrumptious Chinese food. The best in Ballarat. We've tried a few other Chinese restaurants but Mr Rice Asian Cuisine is the very best. Always fresh, very flavoursome & extremely fast home delivery. You must try this restaurant.

I've always been sceptical of cheaper priced online appliances stores. I decided to take a chance with purchasing a LCD 40" Flat Screen HD TV because the price was considerably cheaper than other retail stores. I did my research & was satisfied I'd chosen a reasonable quality item for my money. First day & there was a pixelation problem all over the screen constantly, which nearly driven my partner & I insane. This breakup in the picture also affected the sound. Being in country Vitoria, we thought it was the aerial outlet & check it with another room but the issue remained. The effort required to get the customer service team in technical support to accept that it was an appliance issue & not an aerial problem, almost required a letter from the pope as proof that there was a real issue & not a fault on our end. Then the TV was picked up by an electronics repair business over 100 kms from our home & another 2 week delay for the repair & part to be ordered. This was our only TV. I'm not sure what Kogan couldn't have used a local repair business & given then the business. Very unnecessary I thought. The TV was repaired & is now fully functional & I hope there won't be a need to get anything else repaired. Extremely painful warranty procedure. We now have a second TV purchased from Big W Viano brand, which will be a backup should anything fail. So far so good with that purchase with warranty issues remaining local. I will not be buying anything electrical from Kogan again. Small purchases are okay but not for appliances. Too inconvenient & impractical. Buyer beware.
There has been quite a few issues with this particular Kogan product but this information wasn't available when we purchased our TV. The picture quality of the TV is compatible with other TV's from other retailers, but the parts might be inferior depending on the country the parts are sourced from. IMO, it pays to buy local from a reputable retailer for larger electrical appliances.
