Wow. Shopping here was one of the most awful retail experiences I have ever had. I have been here several times before to buy bones and organs for my dogs. The people who have previously served me have had no issues cutting the lamb necks into 4 so that they are the right size for my boys. They have the equipment, it takes them less than a minute.

Today there was an older man who I hadn't met before. When I asked if he would please cut the bones into 4 for me his demeanor changed and he said, "No, no way. I'm not cutting them." I thought he was joking so I laughed and jokingly pleaded with him to cut them for me. He kept saying no and I still thought he was joking because I couldn't believe someone would really be that angry with my request.

Thinking he was playing with me or something I explained that they are only little dogs. Then I asked if he was joking cause I couldn't tell. He started yelling at me saying, "I don't care how bloody small they are I'm not joking and I'm not cutting them! You take rejection poorly!" By this stage people were staring and I realised this guy wasn't joking, I had just really insulted him with my INSANE request to cut three small bones up for me. I asked if he was ok. He continued to shout at me. I explained I had had them cut here several times before and he yelled louder, "I don't bloody care! I'll bloody sack him!" (I assume he means the normal guy that had served me on other occasions). He continued to yell at me as I left the shop and walked through the centre, MORTIFIED and very close to tears. Apparently I really spoiled his day! But not as much as he spoiled mine. Never going back.
