Thank you so much to Ben at the relatively new Humphries Rd Pharmacy! Although our family visit Humphries Rd Medical Centre, I was loathe to use the on-site pharmacy, expecting it to be super-expensive. On the first couple of times I did shop there (due to very sick kids and not wanting to drag them to other chemists) I discovered I was not seeing the full picture. The service, help and advice I have received from Ben has been amazing to say the least. I am seeing the benefits of having a pharmacist who gets to know you, who takes an interest in your health and well-being and who so obviously strives to be the best at what he does. As for price, I cant say they are always the cheapest, but they have so far been very competitive on price and if I do pay more here and there I think it is well worth it for the service I receive. Well done Ben, you have impressed me and converted me!

This business is a well-known long-standing business in our local area, has been frequented on and off over the years by extended family though not particularly recently. Purchased a roast chook for sunday night dinner, bit last minute as had a busy day, so went straight home and cooked up some potato rosti and veges to go with it, all in all, eating within an hour or less of purchase. Husband commented upon opening the packet and cutting the chicken that it smelled like burnt chook. Upon tasting, discovered something had gone right through the chicken, tasted like (the smell of??) metho or lighter fluid or something not very nice. Basically inedible and spoiled sunday night dinner, difficult with small children who we wanted to get into bed not have to refeed at the end of the meal. Husband rang and was told needed to bring the chicken in to the shop. Took it down and was given money back without any real explanation as to what happened. Gave 3 stars for service as at least they did refund our money but it has put us off going there again.

A family member had been telling us for ages we should go to VISION Finance. When we finally did I wished we hadn't waited so long! It's not often you really do get the WOW factor for service these days but you sure do at VISION. An easy, thoroughly explained, no-nonsense, efficient and productive service from start to finish in order to carry out our refinance. I would (and do!) recommend them to anyone who will listen.
