I recently locked myself out of my apartment and called Night and Day Locksmiths to let me back in and change my locks which I had been planning on doing for sometime.
Henry came to my aid on the day. I cannot say enough good things about Henry. He was respectful and capable. Happy to explain everything I asked about. Gave me choices about what I could do. I was in a bit of a flap...Henry has a deep reassuring voice and remained calm the whole time. Always so good when a person is in a relatively stressful situation. I ran into my neighbour while Henry was quietly concentrating on his work, she asked him for some advice and he was able to help her with her lock problem. Again in his calm, collected manner. I have always had good service from Night and Day Locksmiths . I am a 57 year old woman and I appreciate good service from tradespeople, so often services can be mediocre or worse. Night and Day however provides excellent service and it is becoming better and better!!!
