We were very happy with Serendipity's professionalism and amazing photography. It was very easy to organise our wedding photography from interstate - and Sally made us feel very comfortable with her directing.
Despite having appalling weather (worst hail storm in 40 years) Sally coped brilliantly, and our photos look spectacular. You could see that she has a real eye for detail and really put our minds at ease. We loved being able to have the feedback of looking at some of the shots as they were taken, Sally helped keep the tempo flowing and knew just what to do with our special needs sister.

We really like the shots in the bar at the Cosmopolitan, and the mural wall in South Melbourne. Never mind that it felt more like water skiing to get there, it was all worth the wet when we saw how good we look in the pictures!

We couldn't fault the pictures, the only complaint we have is that there were too many good ones!! We would highly recommend Serendipity for fantastic work and dedication.

We really loved the friendly staff and the fantastic service at the Cosmopolitan, who helped us on our wedding day in many ways, not the least by letting us use the glamourous restaurant decor when it was pouring with rain and hailing outside. The staff were a real life saver and looked after us so well.

We were very impressed with the food, which was quite delicious and much appreciated by our family. We couldn't fault the service and the staff and manager were very much up to speed. We would really recommend Windows on the Bay for its fantastic views as a wedding venue.
