I have been servicing my older model Territory here for a number of years and while they are often booked out for a week or two at a time, it simply pays to plan ahead and book in advance.
Anyway today I had an out of service electrical issue with my car and while standing in the reception and hearing that the team are under the pump, the duty mechanic said leave it here and we will look at it asap and order parts from Ford tomorrow. Extremely friendly service and problem was immediately addressed same day. Top service and if it was possible for customers to nominate VACC member businesses for the VACC Industry Awards, I would nominate them hands down. The guys always have tried to get the cheapest price (not always possible with older model cars) but I can't recommend them enough.
Yes I've posted this on a few reviews as its a good news story.
