Greg from Whitelaw plumbing was extremely extremely rude and totally unprofessional. He installed a heating unit which failed to work on the second day. I transferred full payment prior to installation because he insisted on it. When we called him to report the unit not working, he gave some lame excuse that he could not come out for another 2 weeks; while my young children had to endure the cold winter even though we paid for a brand new heating unit. We continued to call him but he refused to pick up and ignored the calls. We discovered that he had installed a used unit not a brand new one. The case in now with VCAT.
