I have been going to Another World for about 4 years now, and I can't speak highly enough about Paul and Peter.
I'm not a 'technological' person, and I don't speak computer.
Paul has always been easy going and doesn't talk down to me in a condescending way because I don't understand.
Instead, he speaks in plain 'civilian' language and explains things in a clear and concise manner in a way in which a numpty like me can understand.
Thank you very much Paul.
I also need to sing the praises of Peter who also works there.
He has transferred many old VHS videos to DVD for me, as well as old records and cassettes to CD.
At all times these have been done in a very timely manner, and very professionally and expertly and efficiently done
A huge thank you to you both.
