I would just like to give a shout-out to the Orange store people.
Thank you for trying to help me with my dud Samsung Tablet.

Although you didn't sell it to me you wear most helpful in trouble shouting and just offering sensible, respectful, and helpful service.

I am sorry if you guys get caught up in the fallout when I get rolling on taking Samsung executives and the Fyshwick store and their lying hierarchy to task.

Snotty staff, Happy to sell Samsung Tablets, not grate when Tablets don't work, zero help to troubleshoot, pass the buck, my real beef is with their Corporate Head Office lying to me and just appearing to be completely uninterested. The Tablet can't be faulted by them so I effectively have a $500 door stop.

Approximate cost: $500

Complain about bad service and get the police called on you. This is not about this particular store it's management

Another day another lie from management, they dont care how much distress they inflict, no wonder one of their head office people remarked yesterday the reson they put profit before people is becouse they are a big corporation. I was also told by them with all due respect customers that are insistent on voicing there complaints need to basically be delt with, including having police atend there home.

If Mr Bee is insistent on making me a criminal for complaining about their bad service their lies and their contemp for people, send the police around again this time I will be ready for them, I dont care now if I need to get arested for you to make the evening news. You have pushed me beyond to fare now.

I just wanted some info on a Chicago air compressor. I asked several times and each time I was told that someone would be in contact.

I eventually complained and said they could go jump then they banned me.

I spoke with upper management and they apologized for the treatment I received and said that they would get someone to contact me about my enquiry. Unfortunately, I missed the call, but I wrang straight back and I was promised again that the shop manager would call me, but they never called me back.

I decided to give it one more shot and rang the shop, this time I had my grievance somewhat addressed then given sparse info on the product I was trying to enquire about and then was told I would receive some freebies for the way I was treated, we also discussed at that time how I was going to pay using HUMM finance online and that I would receive freebies in-store as a separate transaction when I picked up the compressor.

I rang to confirm the pricing as the product was on sale and was told the sale was due to end the next day so I remarked that I better get on with the purchase, at that time I was told that they had reneged on the agreement.

I winged to upper management again, they couldn't care less it would seem, I said fine I will take it up in person at the store he seemed quite cool with that, willing to through his employees under the bus.

I contacted the store and asked for the manager I was told he was busy so I asked for the manager's email address but the person I was speaking with said for me to send it to him and he would forward it to the manager.

I suspect this person I was speaking with had realized that I was the customer whose agreement he himself had reneged on.

Before I knew it, I was answering the door to 2 very nice Policemen telling me I could be charged if I insisted on complaining about Sydney Tool's treatment of me.
