Had home delivery twice now, after the first time I had to have it again about a week later!
Saganaki was divine, Greek salad fresh and gorgeous - I especially adored the big hunk of feta sitting atop of the fresh lettuce. Fried Zucchini and Fried Eggplant were insanely fresh for home delivery and I highly recommend to all! I don't even like eggplant.. Dessert - Walnut cake was absolutely delicious!
My companions had the kebabs that came with fresh salads and lemon potatoes - they raved about the potatoes but I was too busy with the zucchini, but must try the potatoes next time.
Highly recommend Cafe La Proto

I adore this place. clean, fresh and quality food. Surprisingly good when you remember it's an all you can eat buffet. Unlike some buffets places, all you can eat means, eat a lot, quickly then get out while we eye you off uncomfortably. Not China Bar! They are always encouraging more delicious food and desserts on to you. Aside from the standard buffet salad bar, there is a made to order station to order stir fries and noodle dishes, fresh sushi and sashimi, yum cha, curries, stir fries, 4+ different types of rices, roti breads, seafood, crabs, oysters, prawns, seafood cocktails, duck, chicken, pork.. then upstairs is the bbq made to order station. There you can order different types of pasta cooked fresh for you, bbq prawns or steak or salmon! Then when you're about to explode there is the plentiful dessert selection, fresh fruits for the healthy eaters, puddings, cakes, mousses and cheeses, dried fruit and biscuits, as well as a chocolate fountain. There is something for every taste, matched with friendly service - I highly recommend trying China Bar Buffet!

I've been to the box on 2 separate occasions, the first time was lovely, I ordered salmon which was cooked beautifully. The professional waitress was great. After that positive experience I returned a month or two later. Was sold on the lobster by waiter, telling him I wanted to be able to taste the meat, suggests the cheesy sauce. I say no and we decide butter, garlic and herbs will be perfect. Shame they over cooked it and it arrived chewy and I was not going to eat $150 chewy lobster. After the waitress from my previous visit inquired if everything was okay, as the waiter who was serving us had walked past a number of times with out managing to notice the full lobster i had pushed to the side for attention.
I explain that it is chewy and i won't eat it. Money was not the issue, there was no offer to replace the dish, instead the waiter says 'people with beliefs try to eat things they shouldn't then they get up set when they don't like it.'
I didn't inquire as to what that meant. I was not impressed though.
With no offer to remedy my disappointment I asked for his advice for ordering lobster in the future and how would I could avoid getting this kind of chewy lobster again as it is inedible. His answer 'oh you must order it fresh, look i'll get you some desserts okay' which left a much better taste in my mouth. It was a nice way to make up for it - how ever his first response was very off putting.
I would not return, unless i saw a heap of fresh recent and positive reviews here and if even then I think I would be hard to get the waiters attitude out of my mindset. Sorry the Box one out of two isn't bad - but it isn't exactly good either.

Discovered this Gem online and had to give it a try. The food is beautiful fine dining and definitely worth a visit. I believe the head chef was once the head chef at the melbourne oyster bar. Never mind that because the food speaks for it self!

Funky and clean - I love getting my hair done at The Do Salon. The staff are friendly and professional. With their Qaba natural oil - getting my hair washed feels like I'm getting an aromatherapy head massage. Melanie is a fantastic colorist, I always leave with my platinum blonde hair fantastic. Can't recommend the lovely folks at The Do Salon highly enough!
