The integrity, help, kindness, caring, compassion & professionalism by John & Vicky was wonderful – they are not just wooden funeral employees, as one can sometimes encounter. Both in their different way helped make ‘the day of earthly goodbye’ important and special – a very special thank you to Vicky for going over and beyond on the casket cover, grooming and opening the roses that i purchased, when it looked like they may be too sad to place on the casket.
