Sam's two particular strengths that impressed me are that they are very easy to talk to about various aspects of the job – always keeping me updated on its progress and any difficulties that required a discussion to resolve, and the craftsmanship of their work – sometimes taking extra time when it is truly necessary to achieve a quality product. Sam and David put forth a lot of effort to get an outcome that I am really satisfied with.
