Scott is serious about what he does. I've been getting waxed by him for a few years now and never had any adverse reactions. He fits me in at short notice and is quick and generally painless. Not long ago he noticed I had a stiff neck (which no one else had) He rubbed some 'magic' spray on my neck and over the next day the pain disappeared. He takes notice of his clients. I have always found Lamont's ridiculously expensive, but their quality has always been quite good. Their service has always been quite arrogant but as a regular cusotmer spending atleat $100 per week I expect a little more. I recently tried one of their chicken kievs and unfortunately there was a piece of cling wrap approx the size of mobile phone inside which i dicovered when eating. This can happen, but there dismissive response was appalling. 'thanks for letting us know'. I won't be back or my family.
