Super happy with Troy’s expertise and the professional service he provided on Friday. I might not be a professional chef but I am part Italian so I do love to cook and I love my knives. The quality workmanship and care taken in restoring them to their former edge was second to none and I was really surprised in how inexpensive and prompt the service was.
