I usually go to Just Cuts, but found this very affordable hairdresser on Hamden Road. For only $25, they do a very satisfactory job. Nice local ladies, nothing fancy but nothing to complain about either.
Approximate cost: $25
I go to the Chi Body Massage in Claremont.
The massage therapists are Chinese with excellent foot-reflexology and acupuncture knowledge.
I had a detox footbath (not sure how beneficial that was) and a back-massage. Both lasted for half an hour. The massage was great and firm.
I think you may want to ask for the male massage therapist if you want a firm massage, and a female if you prefer relaxation massages.
I didn't mind the noise from the mall. It is a small but cheap and good massage centre. Go there for your next foot massage :)

I ordered a doona and bedding from this internet company.
After placing the order, I received a discount voucher for shopping with OO. I then called their customer service and they applied the voucher to my already placed order! And all was done within two days.
I received my order within a week.
The doona and bedding were exactly what I hoped for. I would highly recommend the convenience of internet shopping through OO.
Approximate cost: $140
A tad expensive, but Dallimore has all your kitchen needs and more.
They have great luxury products, and some fancy tools. You'll surely be tempted to buy more than you need.
Products range from baking trays to cutlery to coffee makers to towels and aprons.
WA Cleanskin Cellars provides reasonable wines for very good prices.
They will open any bottle you would like to taste, so there is no 'chance' involved in picking one of the Cleanskins.
Their range is varied, from liquors to sparkling white to solid reds.
I would go here again, to save $ on reasonable wines.
Approximate cost: $14/bottle
Coles in Subiaco is one of the few supermarkets that is open on Sundays (even though it's only open 11-5). They also have late nights - until 9pm, which makes them a convenient store for me to shop.
Plenty of parking, and the good value products you expect at any Coles supermarket.
They also have a deli for your more luxury cravings.
Finally a supermarket that is open long hours 7 days a week. Perth needs more of these.
Farmer Jacks stocks everything, but is not the cheapest in town.
The City of Subiaco has a public library in the middle of town.
They have a reasonable variety of books.
I come here to read the newest magazines and newspapers.
Staff is super-friendly, like most libraries ;-)
Joining is free, so you can't get better value.

This dental practice is covered by HBF and Medibank Private.
It is conveniently located on the Stirling Highway.
Waiting times are average, dentists are reasonable.
I have not had a bad experience here, but nothing to rave about either.
The only reason I am not rating these guys as unbeatable is because I haven't used many removalists before.
Grace did an excellent job in my interstate and international removals. They were not the cheapest, but provided awesome service: keeping me informed of the whereabouts of my goods, sticking to the time they promised, and delivering my goods in perfect shape.
I highly recommend Grace
