Got my results faster than I thought I would! I started training to fix my bad posture, and I had scoliosis too. I used to have lot of back pains, but now it is all gone. I went from taking couple of painkillers a day to none. My core is much stronger, my beer belly is gone. I am not slouching any more. Thank you Mirela!
