**DO NOT USE** ! Disgraceful and disgusting. Zero stars if I could. Do not use. Supposed to arrive btw 2-4, arrived after 6pm so they advised I use second truck at my cost (which was useless). Broke item and refused to take responsibility (lost the end of the lamp lead so can't use lamp, see pic). Took stuff I said not to take. Left new house a total mess by placing things so as to not maximise available space in storage rooms. Used packing tape to close appliance doors and I can't get tape off. Didn't remove cling wrap. Urinated on toilet seat and floor and didn't clean it up. Don't think it was flushed. Left their personal rubbish behind. Rude and refusing to negotiate compensation. DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! Now they’ve STOLEN money by debiting my card during the dispute process. DO NOT USE!!!

Extremely happy with the handling of what could be described as a pesky move with lots of tubs and awkward stuff. Ross and Jake did a great job. Highly recommended and would use again. Should be calling you in a year or so for my next move. Thanks again.
