Worst service ever. Got my hair done for my brothers wedding by the owner. She stuffed it up and wouldn't fix it. Poor service. The staff pretend they don't understand English when you ask them to do something. It seems as though they only understand English up till the time they put you in a chair.

Totally impressive and my expectations are high. New business in Kogarah. Very friendly, attentive to customers, overall so great you will keep going back. Huge serves of quality food..no skimping on size here. I am now a regular here . Try it and you will be surprised. The first time I visited I was blown away by the portions. Over time I thought they would decrease portion size as most businesses do but they have not done so. Guess what I am having for lunch today ;)

I have been going here for 7 years sometimes the food was lacking but the service was wonderful. However the last two times not only has the food been less than desirable the service was horrendous. I paid $1 extra for snow peas didn't mind doing it but I got ONE snow pea in my green curry. And they now pick and chose who they serve with a smile and who they are rude too. You have lost a loyal customer who ate there once a week and got take away 2 times a week.

To be fair all the old staff don't seem to be there now.

This store has always had bad customer service and I would not recommend buying any snacks as they are stale. I usually only went to the store in emergencies as was the case last Diwali. I asked for sweets and he jammed them into a box and sealed it. When I stated the sweets would be crushed he replied they would not be. I then asked for the box to be opened and found the top sweets were crushed. I asked my sweets be put in 2 boxes and while the weight remained the same the price went up by $5.00. When I questioned this Mr Sharma told me that my father did not give him the boxes and that he paid money for them. Luckily I had not paid and so I requested my card and said no thanks i do not require the sweets. To which he replied get out of my store. Yes it was Diwali his wife and daughter stood and watched the whole experience as did other ppl in the store. I must say the service that day was appalling and I will NEVER go back. I had half a mind to write to him, however I do not think it makes any difference to him as he has enough customers who are used to bad service because of their demographic and will not speak out.

When I first went to Mirchi's I was very sceptical. I am pleased to say it was a great overall experience. The staff were so nice we decided then and there that even if the food was average we would not mind. Then the food came hot naans, butter chicken and rogan josh. I had asked for extra chilli. I can still remember that first meal the lamb just melted in my mouth. They have since become our Friday night takeaway place and what I love is that the food is always fresh and tasty. They have maintained their high standards. I also work in Kogarah so I see the staff at my office go there for lunch regularly I have yet to try it ,but the ladies at work love the tandoori chicken wrap. Keep up the amazing work. How could I forget - they are more bang for buck than the other Indian restaurants in the area and better food too.

I buy most of my Indian groceries from here and I find the gentleman who owns it to be delightful. Always helpful, always pleasant. They do not have as wide a range as some stores but will always offer to order an item especially for me. Good quality Indian groceries. They have opened a new store in Rockdale recently.

I have been going here for 5 years now. Great food, excellent service and just an overall great business. The prices are great value for money and the serves are big. My only complaint is about their Satay Chicken sticks - they are addictive :)).

Used to love going here but the standard has dropped. Three times I have had my hair done only to be very disappointed. They do not listen and if you ask them to fix anything they walk away. The owner ruined my hair that was the final straw. Dirty rude unhygenic.
