Very happy with the cleaning job done on our couch, it was second-hand and very dirty and besides a few small persistent stains (that we didn't think would come out anyway) the couch has come out great. A few issues with excess water on our floorboards (due to the level of cleaning required) but they have been very receptive and responsive to our feedback relating to this.
