My carpets were cleaned a few weeks ago by an Electrodry representative. Today he returned to attend a few concerns I had. He was patient and thorough on explaining peculiarities of certain carpets. This gave me new insight and will assist when buying carpet in future. However, he went out of his way to fix my concerns. I am more than satisfied with this service.
