Paid $79.90 deposit, time got away and i realised it had expired by a week, website says to contact them if this happened. There was zero help or zero care factor and told I could pay a further $79.90 if I wanted. Was also told I had received another deposit voucher from them as I had given them other people to contact also, but this was never received and the girl insisted I had. What does it matter if I had 10 vouchers they won't honour these if they are out of date. I understand is my fault but there was zero care factor or sympathy so in other words bad luck we have your money for nothing!! Would never recommend as a result
