I had spent approximately $600 on an order for my pup who was due to arrive 12 days later. I didn't hear anything from them for a week so I phoned a week after I had placed the order and was told that due to the size of the order, Petology was sourcing stock and it would be sent later that day and I would receive a "freebie" due to the delay. Upon checking my emails, I found a refund credit for 3 items without anyone phoning to explain, and was told that the first shipment was sent as Petology were waiting on the rest of the order. I was also told the parcel would be there by Thursday, Friday at the latest (12 days after placing the order and the day my puppy arrived). Thursday and Friday came around, my puppy arrived and I had to purchase another shampoo as I was waiting on the parcel from petology and had nothing to bathe her with. I phoned Friday afternoon to the courier company who told me they didn't know what happened with the parcel as it was supposed to be delivered the day before, and I would have to phone Petology to get them to phone the courier company to search for the items. I tried calling Petology about 6 times 1530 brisbane time (1630 daylight savings time, still business hours) and no answer! So left a message asking for a refund due to the poor service I had received. What annoyed me the most at this point was I could've just gone to the shops and purchased all my puppies items, however as Petology was the only place that stocked the specific leash and bed, I went through them; even though I was refunded for the leash. So saturday came (the day after my puppy arrived) and the parcel randomly appears. We were happy with that shipment as my baby had no bed to sleep on the night before and she was very cosy in her bed. Monday came around (today) and petology replied to my message stating that I may have a refund for the shipment I was waiting for if I wanted it. I was happy to receive the shipment as it was a new toy and poo bag refills which I would use; however I asked for the money for the flea shampoo back as I already purchased some when I realised I would not receive the parcel in time. Fast forward to later that afternoon, I have received yet another refund email, however not for the flea shampoo, for the poo page. The flea shampoo and toy are on their way and I am left with a very bitter taste in my mouth. Will NOT be shopping here again, and will ensure all my colleagues and friends are aware of the poor customer service of Petology.
