these guys cancelled on us and left us (a family of 5) sitting on the floor frantically trying to find another removalist.
Oz removalist have a full legit website but don't let that fool you they are no better than some cheapo facebook marketplace ad.
He looked at our furniture and one the guys said due to hurting his ankle playing sport and a weak back from being a removalist we not only will need another worker but we will have to pay for him and pay whilst we wait for him!!
he then told us how busy they were that day anyhow so they don't feel like doing this particular job because our furniture was not easy light ikea furniture.
but here is the kicker the guy complaining came to our house 18months prior as a removalist.
Also don't let the statement that there are "no hidden fees" as actually you are charged for all things as extras and yet there are still hidden fees!!! do not recommend these guys at all!
We got a removalist come the following day. They were sweet, professional, had no issue with any of the furniture and they also thought it was weird that a removalist would do as above. I highly recommend them. their number is Kamran 0435199479
