Michael was punctual, got the job done efficiently with a big smile on his face. The installation was done at my investment property. I was 30 mins late at the end to check the work and pay him due to traffic. Michael didn't mind at all, greeted me with a big smile, and walked me through the installation and advised me on maintenance of the aircon unit.
