Food has been good quality, taste & well presented on each of the few times I've eaten here, an opinion agreed with by a local friend who teaches Italian at two schools in the town of Denmark, & very true to Tuscan form.

I've known Ian & his family for a couple of decades, as his oractice used to run front-desk computer software I wrote (until after the owner of that business sold it).

In all of that time I've noted his results as being consistently good (including with me) & he is unusual in that his goal is to produce an excellent outcome for his clients with minimum intervention.

He also has a strong interest in other facets of health, so tends towards a more complete approach than the common one-solution-fits-all.
