i went to buy a 3 wheel first bike for my daughter they had the one that i wanted on display but not in stock so when i asked them if i could have that one at a discounted price as it did not come with the paperwork (warranty or directions) or the packaging i was told it needed to be sold with no discount so i left and proceeded to get the exact same item 3 shops down for $30 cheaper

each time that i have been there for clothes for my child (you know as they grow so fast) they have always had clothes to fit that are suitable and a large range to choose from

went into the store as it is the only company that can have the shorts ordered in that my husband is comfortable to wear to work, we were told they had none in stock and they would be ordered and received in the next order so with this being on a tuesday we were asked to return the following wednesday 8 days later. this i did only to find that the items that i required had not been ordered as we had been told and they would do it then and to come back in two days and they would be ready. so after a total of 11 days i finally had the shorts that i requested when all they had to do was be honest in the beginning i dont care if it takes 3 months only if i know and have been told the truth i wouldnt have minded it was only that it wasted my time driving out of my way into a shopping center that i do not use any of the other shops there so it was for the sole purpose of geting the shorts i could not pick up any other of the items on the shopping list at the time i then had to go to another shopping centre another 20 minute drive away which added to the frustration that the shop assistants had already caused
