Guilia sets different reps each week which keeps things interesting, keeps me focused and motivated to do gym every week. We’ve got a solid program which I know I can commit to. She makes the sessions hassle free and is flexible with timing. We do sessions online which is really accessible and works for me because I’m time poor but don’t want to miss out on regular sessions.
