I bought a Spurr group deal as i was keen to try out hairdressers in my area as I have just moved. Three weeks ago I started the process of trying to make an appointment.
Firstly, their phone number doesn't work, it hasn't worked the whole time. It goes straight to message bank where I am told that the message bank is full.
So I then WALKED into the store and made an appointment - the lady even apologised for the phone, said she was aware of the issues and that it has been fixed. (Hooray!)
I tried to confirm my appointment but alas, their phone is still not working.
I turned up to my appointment 15 minutes early to find a closed sign out the front. I waited for 20 minutes, no one turned up. Tried ringing the number, same problem with the phone.
I have checked their website - hilariously that doesn't work either and doesn't provide me any other numbers to try.
How exactly are these people in business?? Maybe that's why they had to advertise on a group buying site in the first place.
I most certainly will not be using them and I recommend that anyone who wants to by a deal might want to try ringing first to see if they have bothered to fix the phone.
