The personal trainer is very enthusiastic and friendly. The other clients are fun and friendly too. It's great that you are encouraged to participate in fun runs and other fitness events. Great value for money. Love being ouotdoors.

Always lovely bakery products! Often very busy but service is fast. Very convenient location for us. Great place to go for a treat or two! Prices are average for a bakery.
