I had Anthony come out to clean our lounge suit we had just moved back in to our home with brand new polished hardwood floors. He completely scratched the floors everywhere he went in the family room cleaning the couch and when I realised what was happening he told me my children must have done it. I know it wasn't scratched by my children because we literally just moved back in and it was very clear the path he had taken. Extremely disappointed in his carelessness and denying manner.
