Could not organise a competent delivery company to deliver what is possibly their cheapest bedframe.
Customer service team was unable to time manage themselves effectively enough to call me back the same day after advising they would. They then dodged every attempt at contact on that day.
Roll the dice if you really love the product but you can be pretty safe in the knowledge you'll find the exact or almost exact product at another retailer.
