Fantastic, quick and very gentle!
1st visit - check up and clean. The dentist (Terry) was very nice, explained what needed to be done and did a great job.
2nd visit (today) - 3 fillings with a needle!! Honestly, I barely felt the needle going in (needle hurts more giving blood!), and he completed 3 fillings in such a short time. Excellent work, very gentle and very quick!
My preferred dentist now and I'm about to recommend him to my friends on FB!

Bird Boarding – 5 star accommodation!

I board my 3 cockatiels with Alana at Noah's Ark Pet Resort whenever I travel. Alana and her staff care for my birds very well. They have free play time every day outside the cage (in a secure environment) and fresh fruit and vegetables to eat. My birds actually eat better at Noah's. Alana also provides me with SMS updates on the birds and even sends me photos of my birds playing.

I know my birds love Alana, each time I get their travel cage out, they fly directly into it – they know they are heading to Alana's for a holiday.

All birds must have a clean bill of health before they can be boarded so I know my birds will not pick up any diseases from other birds. Alana is a qualified veterinary nurse so I'm confident if my birds get sick, she'll be able to quickly identify the illness and seek help. For week plus stays, they also receive a complimentary wing and/or nail trim.

I highly recommend Noah's Ark Pet Resort for boarding birds. She also boards other animals such as rats, guinea pigs, reptiles, etc.

After researching many venues, decided on the Aussie Nash for our engagement party. We were hosting approx. 70 people, this venue met every criteria we had. The function room is upstairs above the pub, it's set up like a nightclub, with its own bar and bar staff, complete music setup (DJ booth and music videos), own toilets (same level) and a private smoking balcony (same level). This venue is perfect if you want a party-like atmosphere but don't want your guests to disappear to another area within the venue, it's fully self-sufficient. There is even amble parking out the back of the venue!

The staff – well, they were fantastic. Met first with Jayden the manager, who was very accommodating and kept in contact with me. He was on leave at the time of our party but we were left in the very capable hands of Ben, the Assistant Manager. He was available for us when we got there at 2pm to set up, and stayed to 9pm when he was confident we would be ok (after speeches and food), he left us with his night manager. There was no cleaning up for us, they do the clean up after the party. They even looked after our presents (locked them in the office) as we headed off into the city to continue the party once the venue closed at 1pm. Popped back the next day to pick up our presents.

The food was great, our DJ loved the music setup and our guests had a fantastic time, even the smokers as they didn't have to go far or leave the venue for a smoke. Downside would be the drink prices, I felt a touch high for a venue in the suburbs. Overall, highly recommend the Aussie Nash, great venue and fantastic staff!! They make hosting a function there so easy!!

Lied to and given incorrect sized tyres! Purchased 4 new tyres from Burnside. On arrival, was greeted ok and after inspection of tyres, informed that I had incorrect tyres on my car (wrong size) and was told I was lucky not to have had an accident as I would not have been insured! Actually thanked him for being honest (should have thanked him for lying to me!) as I said to him I get ripped off when it comes to my car as I'm female.

Burnside put on correct size tyres (discovered they are wrong size but more expensive when I got home) on my car, took my money and I left. No mention of checking spare tyre (they didn't), no wheel alignment (none done) nor wheel balance (not done), just 4 new tyres. Had to take my car elsewhere to get wheel alignment and balance (extra cost) but still stuck with an old spare as I can't afford to buy a new tyre.

Once home, checked my User Manual (located in my glove box) to discover I had the correct size tyres on my car, Burnside had put the WRONG size on my car. Long story short (afternoon spent on phone to insurance company and visiting other tyre companies), I'm still insured as car meets roadworthy standard, they lied to me about insurance coverage. Oh, and my speedo shows the incorrect speed!!

Emailed Burnside and explained my concerns and how I felt disappointed and I would provide my experience with other people, NO RESPONSE and I gave them 2 weeks to respond! Suggest if you are female, stay away as they will take you money, lie to you and provide barely any service plus the wrong size more expensive tyres! So disappointed as I went there due to my fiancé receiving good service last year. Guess they only look after males and rip off females. For the record, I dealt with the owner of the company so they can't excuse their staff!!!

The food is amazing!! We went here for a birthday dinner last night with 10 people. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The food is reasonably priced (we did pay more due to public holiday), especially for what you get. The serving portions are large enough to satisfy big eaters. All 10 of us were extremely impressed with the quality of the food. The downside is the toilets are under the Coles building in the car park with purple lights, but they were clean. Most of us got lost trying to find the restaurant; it's located in the Coles Market complex. We will definitely be going back again!
Recommend the Yellow Chicken Curry and the Money Bags - best ever!

When it came to picking tiles for our new kitchen, we went to a number of tile shops along with Tile Wizards. The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When it came time to pick tiles for our bathroom, we went straight to Tile Wizards and were again impressed with their service! A+!!! The prices of the tiles was inline with the other shops, but even if they were more expensive (which they are not), we would still shop there as you cannot put a price on excellent service!

DO NOT USE! We put our classic (1954 model) fridge in for repairs as it had stopped working. TWELVE MONTHS of lies and stories (a different excuse each time we enquired), we finally threaten legal action to get our fridge back. No work had been done to the fridge, no parts had been purchased AND he broke the hinge on the door. No apology either for lying to us for 12 months.
