This was an amazing place to spend out honey moon. it is nested on the edge of a beautiful volcanic crater. on arrival we were given freshly bakes muffins. the cabin was a wooden tree house over looking rolling hills. there was an out side shower, a spa bath over looking the view, and a wood log fire in the middle....they placed roses and love heart chocolates every where. they give you a little platter of bacon and eggs and home make patties, fresh fruit milk and fresh juice. these tree house had every thing...it was about 300 dollars per night , it was worth ever cent... there are so many bush walks so close... 5 km down the road you have yungaburra town with all kinds of unique shops, there are also crater lakes near by which have river cruises and tea houses.... we be making the trip at least once a year.

The food is disgusting... we ate there about a month ago, they have an all you can eat buffet for $16. the food in the buffet was cold and sticky and covered in oil. it looked like leftovers from the day before. The restaurant area was old and run down and the tables were dusty. i didn't even want to drink the water that was put on the table. both my husband and i felt sick for days after...

previously i went to a hair dresser who hacked and bleached my hair to the point i thought there was nothing that could be done to fix it.... i then went to the hairdressers at golflinks drive, for $38 i walked out of there with wash and treatment, cut, blow dryed and styled and straightened. my hair looked and felt amazing... she gave me a shorter cut but one that suited my appearance.... they are so friendly ... on my next visit she gave me $20 of the original price because my hair was so damaged that i needed to come in once a fortnight. the also have these reward cards that your 5th haircut is free.

The food was nice, the table setting was elegant , the service was nothing to be excited over... we enjoyed a nice meal, after a waiting time of 50 Min's ( standard times for this kind of restaurant). the meals were expensive and quiet small, but still enjoyed our evening.... after dinner we went to their club up stairs and danced the night away.

we stayed in a spa suit looking over the ocean... the room was tidy and clean. the receptionist was friendly and polite . checked us into our room very easily. we ordered take away from the bistro downstairs, and enjoyed a meal on the balcony over looking a beautiful view. the only problem we did encounter was the bed was far to hard, so we slept on the fold out couch, which turned out perfect as we could curl up and watch Pay tv all night in bed.... we loved it. we were lucky enough to get this room at a discounted rate.

Such a large selection,there are always new movies coming in. the staff are knowledgeable about all movies, and can offer some great advice.... their friendliness encourages us to return on weekly basis...prices are great and have not one brought home a movie that was scratched or didn't work...

we go here on a regular basis. even on a busy night we are seated with in 15 Min's. are always asked if we would like any more drinks. and the meals are out with in 25 Min's. the staff are friendly and genuinely care. and the price is decent for what you get... the are never stingy on a meal, most time we can never finish whats on our plates... i love it!!!!

my hubby and i attended this restaurant on a Sunday night. there were no more that 20 people in the restaurant. we waited an hour and a half for our meals ( 2 steaks with chips) not one staff member asked if we would like a drink. after 30 Min's we had to go up to the bar only to be told a staff member will be with us shortly to take our drink order. she did not come for another 10 Min's. when we finally member our dinner our steaks which were meant to be 500grams were no bigger than a 200gram steak.... we also ordered them well done, but the steaks were leaking blood through out the rest of our meal... the service and food was horrible, and it was very over priced for what we received.

the quality of our wedding cake was amazing. every one complimented it. the price was high but concidering the quality it was worth it. she even make sugar people that looked identical to my hubby and i for to top of the cake. she then chucked the delivery in the price for free... it was a pleasure dealing with passion for cakes, they were polite , orgaised and new what they were doing.

the service was amazing, i love how the staff will stop and have a chat with you, whilst out and about. the rooms were clean and the food was delicious. the menu was surprisingly cheap. and the rooms were great value for little money. the restraunt being spead around the side of the ppol and the surrounding rainforest, really make you night wonderful while enjoy a glass off wine next to the open fire place....
