I first came here for Thor and it was Ok for the price and we were the only ones in there. 2nd time it was a bit more busy and not big enough for other patrons. Its too small for large groups and the interior needs a renovation ASAP. During my movie 'bad grandpa' a mouse scuttled across the screen !! They have also upped their prices but need a good clean before they do things like this. Would be great if renovated.

The gym is better equipped then the 24/7 ones surrounding it. There are heaps of equipment and an abundance of personal trainers. The only down fall is the constant cold calling and annoying phone calls! Its the same by personal trainers when you are in the gym...its a bit hard to workout when someone interrupts you every 5 seconds .. If the sales were a bit more relaxed it would be the best

I would have joined up here if it wasnt so hot and stuffy. Yes yes I am fully aware its a gym but air con would be nice. The staff are friendly and the place is quite big for a 24/7 gym but that was a bit of a deal breaker for me. Would be great during winter though

This was the first place that I tasted protein ice cream. The staff are very friendly and helpful and full of great product knowledge. I do find all mass nutrition stores are different and this one is my 2nd fave after Kawana

Staff are always friendly here and they stock both whey whip and profro protein ice cream -yum! You also get a discount if you buy 3 or more. I found decent priced protein powders here aswell in the specials section. Very roomy and air conditioned.

This is quite a small shop and I find they keep their cheaper products out the back. I was after a shaker and the ones I was shown were really expensive until I was about to leave and I was shown 'the ugly ones' which were great and only 2 bucks. I do like protein ice cream they stock fropro and I usually like the whey whip.

I found this place going to Coles and their prices are way better then the other nail place in town. I find them friendlier and happy to give you a discount or specials when you have more then 1 service. Its a bit of a hike but will be coming here from now on if they keep up the specials!

This is the most expensive 'fast food' nail place I have ever been to! I think because there is no competition they hike their prices up. I haven't much knowledge of this town so I went in and got quoted a price from a gentlemen working there only to get a higher one from the blonde girl. I dont know if its her shop but very brash service. I have found a better nail place up the road in the stockland shopping centre which is 20 dollars less for a service...I also went to get my eyebrows waxed close by and the lady mentioned she watches them after each client and they dont clean the foot baths...ew!!!!!!! ...will not be back...mostly as I cant afford it!

Awesome specials and friendly staff. I come in daily to check the meats as they reduce them quite a bit on some days. Great variety. I usually find most IGA's over the top with prices but this ones just right!

I never ate Thai before this restaurant. We found it as the tables were outside when we were driving up and down the strip looking for an open place to grab a bite. I asked them for my stir fry with as less sauce as possible and they were happy to make it the way I wanted. It was yummy also! Their coconut rice is gorgeous aswell and i do grab takeaway once or twice a week from these guys!
