I was in your Cranbourne store last Friday. I spoke to a very helpful Penny in women's underware as I was look for something special. She found it at another store and suggested I go to the service desk to get some more help. I went to the service desk, where I was helped by Catherine.
I would like to give both these ladies 10/10 for being helpful and friendliness .
