Was coming here for a while before moving out of the area- I cancelled via email (which was acknowledged by the owner) with over a months notice. They charged me again the following month. No problem- it's probably just an accident I thought! I called and left messages about 12 times with no response. I sent several emails with no answer. I even called another trainer who said they would get the owner to contact me. The owner just never contacted me! Rude! I had to go through my bank to get a refund which could have been sorted out easily with a little communication.
The value for money was good with unlimited classed in the membership but the fact that the owner couldn't sort out the business side of his business by returning a simple phone call or email is rude! It might seem cheep until you get overcharged! Even after the bank has got back my money I haven't heard from the owner at all
